Omnicreadr

Purpose

Reads OMNICix HDF5 image files.

Synopsis

x = omnicreadr

x = omnicreadr(filename,options)

Description

Imports an image to DSO from OMNICix HDF5 (.h5) file. If there is more than one ROI in the file user will be prompted to select one ROI from a list.

Inputs

• filename = String specifying file name.

Outputs

• x = a DataSet object (type = image) containing the hyperspectral image data.
