Purpose

Reads MSI mass spec image data.

Synopsis

out = misreadr

out = misreadr('filename')

Description

MSI format has a single text file (.txt).

Inputs

• file = One of the following identifications of files to read:

a) a single string identifying the file to read ('example.txt').

b) an empty array indicating that the user should be prompted to locate the file to read ([]).

Outputs

• out = image dataset object.
