Version 3.0 of MIA_Toolbox and Solo+MIA (version 8.0) was released in June, 2015

  • Updated to be compatible with PLS_Toolbox/Solo 8.0
  • Improved performance of Image Manager with large images.
  • New OMNICix (HDF5) file reader.
  • Better plotting performance for images.
  • Fixed and improved handling of image axis scales.
  • Add Despike (filtered median) algorithm to box_filter and to preprocessing.
  • alignimagepair - Improve angle correction (remove ability to "skew" images - will be added back as an option later).
Significantly improve display of markers (add background).
Allow right-click to delete markers.
