This warning message appears when there are multiple Eigenvector Research products trying to access the cache database. Only one product may access the cache database at a time. To resolve this you will need to locate and terminate the already running software product.

Why do I get the message "Unable to Connect to Cache Database"?

Possible Solutions:

This warning message appears when there are multiple Eigenvector Research products trying to access the cache database. Only one product may access the cache database at a time. To resolve this you will need to locate and terminate the already running software product and, if not already done so, restart the product that gave the warning message.
