To choose the default plots created by the scores button in the Analysis GUI, use the following command at the Matlab command line:
 >> plotscores_defaults settings
This will bring up the Default Plots GUI which will allow you to select a model type (from the top pull-down) and then select the default plot(s) you want to appear for the given model type. To get behavior similar to previous PLS_Toolbox versions, click on the "None" button (at the bottom of the Plot Types list). To finalize the selection, click "Set".
