Typical operations for file manipulation, preprocessing, and Analysis selection can be found in the menu items of the figure. Once data has been loaded and an Analysis selected, the Toolbar will populate with appropriate buttons for the Analysis. Plots created by the Toolbar buttons will bring up a plot figure window as well as a plot controls window.
