Purpose

Symmetry plot.

Synopsis

vals = plotsym(x)

Description

Plotted are the distances above the median versus the distances below the median. In other words . If the distribution is symmetric, then all points should lie on a diagonal line. INPUTS:

  • x = matrix (column vector) in which the sample data is stored.
