Purpose

Modifies and saves current directory

Synopsis

setpath(flag)

Description

SETPATH will modify the MATLAB path to include the current directory and all sub-directories and will save the path to the pathdef.m file.

If the optional input flag i s set to 0 then only the current directory is saved (i.e. sub-directories are ignored).
