Purpose
Reads MSI mass spec image data.
Synopsis
- out = misreadr
- out = misreadr('filename')
Description
MSI format has a single text file (.txt).
Inputs
- file = One of the following identifications of files to read:
- a) a single string identifying the file to read ('example.txt').
- b) an empty array indicating that the user should be prompted to locate the file to read ([]).
Outputs
- out = image dataset object.
