Packaging and Compatibility Changes

Updated to be compatible with PLS_Toolbox/Solo 8.5

Performance Changes

":writefile" command: The string '<DATE>' in :writefile command's output argument is replaced by the current date (e.g., '28-Aug-2017'), when executed. Thus, 'C:\tmp\proj1\res_<DATE>\output.txt' means that results would be written to the file 'C:\tmp\proj1\res_28-Aug-2017\output.txt'.
