Version 3.0 of MIA_Toolbox and Solo+MIA (version 8.0) was released in June, 2015

  • Updated to be compatible with PLS_Toolbox/Solo 8.0.
  • Significant update to density plots (e.g.score vs score) for better interpretability and appearance.
  • Add "fast select" method to make selections and linking much faster (when possible).
  • Image-specific toolbar functions within Plot Controlled figures moved into separate toolbar for ease-of-use.
  • Add Despike (filtered median) preprocessing to box_filter and to Preprocessing interface.
  • Improved performance of Image Manager with large images.
  • New OMNICix (HDF5) file reader.
  • Fixed and improved handling of image axis scales. Image axis scales now conveyed to scores.
  • alignimagepair - Improve image alignment including better: angle correction, display of markers, and marker interaction (e.g. right-click to remove)
